in the Park - Hyde Park
Our route follows the park’s smooth pathways alongside legendary monuments, statues and memorials - and past the famous Serpentine Lake. Take in the views across the lake as you embrace the open air and admire the rose gardens, meadows and wildfowl.

Race Pack Collection
You can collect your race number from 08:00am at the event village in the Registration Tent.
Participants should not expect to receive anything by mail.
Registration on the day might be available.
The Route
The course is 5km long. 10km runners make two loops, 5km runners make one loop.

Detailed pre-race information will be published to all registered participants 1 week prior to the event.
FACILITIES
Medical Cover
Suitable medical cover is provided at our events in case of a medical emergency.
Bag Drop
You can leave any clothing, bags, keys and phones at our bag drop. Your race number has a tear-off strip on the bottom that should be attached to anything you leave with us.
Photography
Event images are expected to be available, usually within 24 hours of the event.
Toilets
Toilets will be available around the start/finish area for use throughout the events. Royal Parks charge 20p per use.
Changing Room / Showers
There are no dedicated changing rooms/showers.
Water / Snack Stations
Water will be available on the route at the lap point.
OTHER USEFUL INFORMATION
Spectators
Spectators are permitted anywhere in the start finish area or around the route. Please be mindful of others' comfort and safety in more popular locations, including the finish area.
Dogs
Participants must not be accompanied by a personally owned or controlled dog during an event. Entries may be accepted from participants with medical assistance dogs, subject to them being correctly registered and identifiable as such, and subject to prior approval by the Event Director.
Buggies, Pushchairs and Strollers
This event is suitable for using buggies, pushchairs and strollers. Any participants wishing to compete with specialised equipment are asked to contact us before entering to ensure we can accommodate any additional requirements.
Wheelchairs
This event is suitable for wheelchair users. Any participants wishing to compete with specialised equipment are asked to contact us before entering to ensure we can accommodate any additional requirements.
Earphones / Headphones
Noise-cancelling earphones/headphones are prohibited and, whilst we discourage the use of other earphones/headphones in running events, participants choosing to use them should ensure they are set to a low enough volume that instructions from event officials can be clearly understood.
Race Deferrals
Race deferrals are allowed until the event registration is closed (usually the Friday 12noon before the event date).
