Why to Enter
Together let's remove 3,000 plastic bottles from the ocean through our exercise with OneRace and Climategames!
When it's dark, wet & cold outside, we typically need more motivation to train than purely relying on will power.
Join our virtual challenge which funds plastic removal over January. Your workouts are worth more than improving your fitness because you'll earn climate rewards.
Help us reach our target of removing 50kg of plastic from the world's oceans. That's the equivalent of over 3,000 plastic bottles!
Each person who completes a challenge will remove 30g of plastic to help us reach our removal of 50kg plastic target!
As a bonus, we'll also plant a tree for every person who registers. All our ecological impact is visible in the Climategames App and we will share our achievements online throughout the year!
Distances
Cycle 50k and we’ll fund the removal of 30g of plastic from the ocean;
Run 20k and we’ll fund the removal of 30g of plastic from the ocean;
Swim 3k and we’ll fund the removal of 30g of plastic from the ocean.
How to Take Part
1. Register for the event here. After the registration you will receive an email with your personal invitation link to complete the challenge.
2. Download the Climategames app via Google Play or Apple Store and create your profile.
3. Join The One Event by clicking the relevant link from the registration confirmation email on your mobile.
4. Track your exercise from Climategames app, or sync your wearable and automatically upload your activities.
5. Complete full distance of the challenge across the month and help us removing the plastic from the ocean!
